The ground floor also features two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second is furnished with two single beds, making it an ideal arrangement for children, friends or additional guests.

These bedrooms share a modern full bathroom equipped with a contemporary walk-in shower.

Private Lower-Floor Apartment-Style Bedroom:

The residence's third bedroom is located on the floor below and benefits from its own independent access, offering an additional level of privacy and making this space particularly appealing for couples, older children, friends or guests who would like their own separate living area.

This lower level has been designed in an apartment-style layout, featuring its own private living room with a comfortable corner sofa and Smart TV, as well as a dedicated dining area and a small kitchenette.
